Our Team

Rhonda

Practice Director
Principal Speech Pathologist
BSci (SpchPath) MPSA CPSP

My greatest passion is seeing the difference that can be made when I complete comprehensive assessments and really get to the heart of what is underlying the challenges faced by my clients. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology and a Specialist Certificate in Neuroscience Research. I have found my niche in literacy, early language, articulation therapy, and myofunctional support for those with orthodontic needs, but over the years have worked with all ages and a wide variety of needs. Our outcome focus drives the intervention that is delivered.

Trish

Speech Pathologist

I moved to Warragul in mid-2023 and began working part-time at Bellfield as a speech pathologist. I completed my Master of Speech Pathology at Melbourne University, coming from a previous career in writing and editing. My passion for language and literacy combined with the joy I get from helping people led me to pursue a career as a speech pathologist – I love being able to support others in overcoming their communication challenges to live a more fulfilling life.

With a young daughter of my own, I’ve had personal experience with late talking and understand how these challenges can impact the whole family. I aim to provide therapy that fosters my clients’ growth as an individual while supporting their parents and caregivers.

Bec

Language Practitioner

I joined the team at Bellfield in March 2022.  Prior to coming here, I taught English and Maths at Warragul Community House.  I was previously a classroom teacher at Warranwood Primary School and then at Ruyton Girls’ School.  My husband and I have 3 children, currently aged between 5 and 12.  In 2023, we embark on our next stage of the parenting journey; all 3 at school, with 1 at secondary school!
I am so thrilled to be here at Bellfield and I absolutely love seeing my clients develop their Language and Literacy skills.  I also run the Cellfield program for reading intervention and am constantly impressed by the massive gains we see in the participants.

Edith

Finance and Business Support

My role as Finance and Business Support involves accounting, clerical, and admin services to assist the Bellfield team. I perform general office duties, like answering phones and greeting customers as well as performing higher-level functions, such as processing invoices, banking, and financial reports through to managing monthly statements and email inquiries.

Sharon

Allied Health Assistant

I have recently joined the Bellfield Team, working part-time, in the role of an Allied Health Assistant. I bring with me 22 years experience of working as an Education Support Staff in Primary Schools, supporting students with their learning and emotional wellbeing. I particularly enjoy the literacy intervention programs. In addition to this, I have 14 years of experience working with children & young adults with a disability & ASD. I am looking forward to using my skills at Bellfield, to support clients with their speech therapy programs, under the guidance of Rhonda and the Speech Pathologists, helping to achieve their goals. Also, I will be on hand to support the staff in the Clinic, assisting with admin tasks, organising resources & any job I can do to help out, throughout the day!
I am very much looking forward to meeting and greeting all the wonderful clients who come to Bellfield Speech Pathology.

Denise

Speech Pathologist

I started filling a casual role at Bellfield Speech Pathology in March 2023. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology and my career has mainly focused on working in partnership with families of young children with developmental concerns. As a mother of two children and a grandmother of two, I have spent many years providing services in homes,  daycare settings, kindergartens, and schools. I hope to be able to offer practical support as part of the Bellfield team
